• The concrete structure for The Whitney continues to progress with Floors 7 through 10 being completed since our last post.
• During September The Whitney will begin its transformation withthe installation of the brick façade and energy efficient window system.

Our two storey entrance lobby is now visible as you walk along Redpath Avenue. take a look at the rendering of our Redpath facade and you can see how things are taking shape. We are now up to the 7th floor and should be adding a floor a week for the next few months.

Happy Canada Day everyone!  Our building at 71 Redpath is really starting to take shape. Take a look at our views from the lower floors, which will just keep getting better as we reach the top.  We are looking forward to this time next year when our residents will be enjoying our incredible rooftop pool and the other wide range of amenities that this luxury rental building has to offer.

We are moving on up! The 4th floor of the tower will soon be completed. Now that we
are starting more typical floor layouts, we anticipate that we will be able to pour a floor
every week, so check in regularly as we reach for the top.

Although not visible, our parking garage is also taking shape with pipes, lights and
drains being installed and locker room construction scheduled to start this month.

We are close to reaching our typical floor plates (from 4-18) and expect those floors to progress with increasing productivity. Our hoarding is now complete and finishing touches being made to our marketing materials for the hoarding and our new website, which will be released next month, stay tuned!
